Going for the win!!!

I went to the gym this past week 3 times and lifted. Also, i walked around the block once with mom, once with Kristin and then went to the gym and ran on the treadmill one day. It was a very busy week, so i am very happy that i still got all my workouts in. I'm down to 193 lbs now, when i started i was 201 lbs. So do you guys want to just go ahead and just cede this thing to me now or do i still have to wait till Vegas, lol?????????

Update

Hey, I hurt my back last week so i was unable to go to the gym. It's all better now so i went to the gym twice this week and lifted weights. I usually go 3 times a week but Kristin and I are going to Concord today so i combined my workout into 2 this week. Kristin has also went to the gym this week and lifted weights (she was whining for 2 days about how sore she was, lol). Were still eating pretty healthy and i have stuck with my not eating after 9pm thing, it is working very well! How is everyone else doing???
