I just want you all to know that my official workout regimen started yesterday when I ran/walked 2.65 miles for 35 minutes. It felt good to get moving for the first time in what feels like a couple of months. It's time to BRING IT ON!! Just so you have been warned & don't feel blindsided when the day comes, I'm going to win this thing. :) I took a couple of before pictures yesterday & plan to post them when I finally get around to uploading them. Also, more to come on my personal weight loss/muscle building goals so ya'll can all help to hold me accountable. Welcome to the group Joey & Laura!
